Who am I?

Hi, my name is Kyle Wisser and I am currently a senior at Western Washington University (WWU) majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) and minoring in Accounting. I work for the university in the Housing Information Technology department and have been employed with them for four years. Currently, I am pursuing a career in the business world working with Information Technology.

Why MIS?

My passion all comes down to what Technology is all about. It’s about bringing something to the table that will make lives easier. Information Technology is a subject that grows and changes constantly and there is always something new to learn or take advantage of. I’m all about showing others how they can use Technology and am able to do it in a way they will understand. To me, MIS is programming, planning, communicating, and making decisions. I want to provide businesses and customers with technology solutions that they can’t believe they lived without. I chose to minor in accounting for a better overall knowledge of the business world.
