Interests
One of my biggest interest in life is Technology. I love what it can do and how easily it can be used to connect to someone across the world. Ever since I was a kid, I was emersed in computer languages such as HTML and couldn't get enough of it. I wanted to keep technology as a hobby, but learned in college that it was inevitable to avoid pursuing an IT oriented career. It's what I like, what I thrive to understand, and can't imagine myself without.
I have used my passion of technology to help others around me. Helping others has given me a sense of achievement and satisfaction. I have an ability to explain how technology works to many of my friends and family. One friend in particular who is not that familiar with computers, texted me this one day after I answered a question he had about how something of his works.
"[You are] knowledgeable of tech, and always explaining in basic terms so I can comprehend."
My ability to explain technology to others has created a sense of understanding and willingness to use technology more. I don't just want to help others with technology, but help them understand what it's about and how it works.
